Our shipped units (such as AC&Refrigeration Chiller, heat exchanger, hot water heating unit, terminal unit etc.) are attached with Installation, Operation Manual (IOM), customers are encouraged to read thoroughly the IOM so that the unit will operate and perform as specified efficiently. Our service department provides 24 hours hot line.
